Interestingly (but not surprisingly), what separates top performers from average sellers doesn’t seem to have anything to do with selling skills. Top performers don't know more, they just execute relentlessly on the most important things. The difference, then, comes down to the seller’s ability to overcome the obstacles that get in the way of performing these tasks.

What It Is

Summer Sales Camp is a three month, mindset-based group coaching program designed to help you understand the 7 Intangible Characteristics of Top Performing Salespeople.

This three-month program includes:

  • biweekly live coaching sessions led by Jeff and Andy

  • a platform for group communication in between sessions

This program is not just another self-guided video course with limited exposure to the instructors.

Jeff Bajoreck

has over 17 years of experience as both a top performing seller and a consultant. He’s a prolific writer, creator, and speaker having published several books, ebooks, and podcasts. Jeff lives outside of Detroit, MI with his wife Laurah and their two children.

 

Andy Racic

has over a decade of sales and sales leadership experience at companies ranging from 40 employee startups to 60,000 employee global firms. He co-authored "Your Definitive Sales Career Guide" with David Weiss. He lives in Bethesda, MD with his partner Emily and their two kiddos.

When does it start and end?

The program runs July through September 

What does the program look like?

We’ll meet every other week as a group for 90 minutes, and each session will cover a specific topic from The 7 Intangible Characteristics of Top Salespeople course.

In between sessions, access the coaches and the community in a private community online where you can share wins, tackle obstacles, and deepen your connections to other top performers.

Your enrollment fee also includes a 12-month subscription to rethinkthewayyousell.com, Jeff’s online platform which includes exclusive content, courses, and biweekly drop-in office hours coaching sessions.

All in, you have all the access you need to help you take the next step in your career.

How much does it cost?

The enrollment fee is $2500.

Can I get my company to pay for this?
