At many gyms, you see a lot of people there for show. When you peak behind the curtain, it’s clear there’s no foundational strength. It’s not that different in sales. There are many salespeople who are loud and flashy, but when you dig a bit deeper, you see that the people who are yelling the loudest typically have the fewest foundational principles behind how they sell.
Sales is not about being louder and cooler than others. In this video, I explore the mindset that sales success is not about lifting the heaviest, showiest weights, it’s about consistently showing up and doing the long-tail work to build a strong foundation.
